USA Pan® 9″ Round Cake Pan

Nailed it! Get this 9-inch round cake pan from USA Pan and start baking like a world-class pastry chef. A great size to stack for layered tier cakes or create mouthwatering tarts or spread a seven layer dip. Whatever you are cooking up, it is better in a USA Pan. Made of aluminized steel (the material of choice in commercial kitchens), this bakeware is durable, strong, and efficient. The reinforced steel wire rim aids in grip and baking pan strength. The ridged bottom of the cake pan creates even air circulation so cakes and recipes bake uniformly. Not to mention USA Pan’s nonstick coating, Americoat. It’s so good that it’s prized in professional kitchens around the world. Food releases easily so you never sacrifice a cake layer to the scrap pile and since food doesn’t stick, cleanup is easy.r

Care & Usage:r
This bakeware conducts heat efficiently, which may require you to reduce the time and temperature as necessary. Hand wash bakeware in warm water with mild dishwashing soap using a sponge, rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not place in dishwasher. Follow recipe instructions, greasing and flouring as directed. Cooking spray is not recommended. To maintain the pan’s appearance over time, use a silicone baking mat or line the pan with aluminum foil when roasting vegetables or baking higher fat foods such as french fries or meat. Use only silicone, nylon or wooden utensils. Do not use sharp metal utensils.
